1. Product & Service Overview
Spec RX Direct LLC provides custom prescription lens replacement services and offers a curated selection of eyeglass frames. We process customer-supplied frames for new lenses, and also sell new frames with or without prescription lenses.

2. Frame Shipping Instructions (Lens Replacement)
Customers are required to ship their frames to our lab for lens replacement. After placing an order:

• You will receive detailed shipping instructions via email.

• Frames must be securely packaged and labeled with your order number.

• Spec RX Direct LLC is not responsible for frames lost or damaged during transit.

• Customers are encouraged to use trackable shipping methods and retain proof of shipment.

3. Turnaround Time

• Standard lens replacement processing: 7–10 business days from the time your frames are received.

• Expedited services may be available upon request.

• Custom lens orders (e.g., progressive, blue-light filtering) may require additional time.

4. Return & Refund Policy
Frames:

• New frames purchased from our store are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

• A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Lens Replacements:

• Because lenses are custom-made based on your prescription, lens replacement orders are not refundable.

• If you experience a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed frames, and we’ll assess the issue for remake eligibility.

5. Prescription Accuracy

• Spec RX Direct LLC is not liable for lens remakes due to incorrect prescription data entered by the customer.

• If your prescription was entered incorrectly, we offer a discounted remake option — contact us for pricing.

6. Frame Handling & Damage

• We handle your frames with professional care.

• However, older, brittle, or non-standard frames are shipped at your own risk.

• If your frame breaks during the edging or lens installation process due to a structural issue, we will notify you immediately.

7. Outbound Shipping

• Once your lenses are completed, your frame will be shipped back via USPS or another insured carrier.

• Tracking will be provided by email.

• Delivery times vary based on location, and Spec RX Direct LLC is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues.

8. Privacy
Your prescription and contact information are used only to fulfill your order. We do not share or sell personal information. Our full privacy policy is available on our website.

Information We Collect

• Account & Order Data: Name, email, shipping address, phone, prescription details, order history.

• Payment Information: Processed securely by our PCI-compliant gateways (Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full credit-card numbers.

• Uploaded Files: Prescription scans, frame photos you submit post-order.

• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, device details (via cookies & analytics).
